Yunnan is a famous tea growing province of China. It produces
green , black , oolong teas and tea known as Pu-erh .
It it believed that this tea has medicinal properties .
Recent medical studies in China verify this claim .
Pu-erh tea processing is a long kept secret known only to a
few Chinese tea masters . Pu-ergh tea is fermented twice
( just like some of the fine wines ) then it is aged . This process
is thought to bring out medicinal properties in this tea .
